If you’re enrolled in a Medicare Advantage (Part C) or Part D prescription drug plan, your ANOC should arrive by September 30. This document outlines all changes to your plan for the coming year, including:

- Adjustments to provider networks or service areas

These changes go into effect on January 1, 2026, but reviewing your ANOC early allows you to decide whether your current plan still meets your needs—or if it’s time to explore other options during the Annual Enrollment Period (AEP) from October 15 to December 7.
