I just wanted to take an opportunity to commend MediConnect for the services provided by Matt Connell. Matt has gone above and beyond to help me identify a Medicare product for both myself and my husband. He has responded to my inquiries promptly (even working with me one evening after 7 p.m. on issues I had). He is thorough in his explanations and goes the extra mile to answer questions and address concerns. When we found that the plan we enrolled in was going to require significant copays for my husband’s medications, Matt informed me that we could change our plan during the period January 1 through March 1 – something I was not aware of. He then checked our physicians and drugs and identified another option. He then made the trip to Latrobe to complete the enrollment process. I just want the folks at MediConnect to know what an asset Matt is to your company!
